8. Rev James O'Kelley was born on 19 March 1791 in Virginia. Census gives his birth state as VA In 1851 he was an itinerant preacher in Christian Church at Liberty Church in Baldwin Co GA.19 He died on 12 January 1874. James was buried at O'Kelley Cemetery in Monroe Walton Co Ga. reported in the book written by Peter Jefferson Kernolde P 1909 Lives of Christian ministers: over two hundred memoirs as a descendand Rev James O'Kelly, founder of the Christian Church which James became a minister.
