Fitz Roy Kelly

Who was Fitz Roy Kelly?  I suspect this bookplate may have been used by Sir George Edward Fitzroy Kelly George Edward Fitzroy Kelly was an attorney and his arms is found in the Encyclopaedia Heraldica Or Complete Dictionary of Heraldry, Volume 2 By William Berr

The Fitz Roy Kelly coat of arms certainly seems to have its roots in the Hy-Many O'Kelly arms.  A greyhound is used on the crest in stead of an Enfield but we have the traditional tower with the Lions Rampart and the O'Kelly motto.  The arms is very much like the Castle Kelly arms except the shield for the Fitz Arms is the same color as that of D H Kelly, blue or Azure while the Castle Kelly arms has two colors, the main field is Vert or green while the bottom is Purple.  In Engravings the lines is Hatching and their direction determines the color.
