479. Edward Festus Kelly³⁰ was born on 28 January 1854. He died in 1939. Edward or E Festus as he is most often represented continued in the firm that his father and uncle established, William Kelly and Company. E Festus's father was a contemporary ofBernard Burke who published the  "General Armoury of England, Scotland and Ireland"  and is likely the source forJames O'Kelly of Aughrim. Bernard's father John Burkes published Burkes Peerage and Gentry in 1847 andJames O'Kelly of Aughrim does not appear, the only Aughrim Kellys mentioned were the Newtown Kellys whom Burke stated descended from the O'Kellys of Aughrim.

Edward Festus Kelly and Constance Horatio were married on 28 August 1879.³² Constance Horatio³⁰ was born (date unknown).
