48. Richard O'Kelley was born on 20 January 1802 in Mecklenburg, Virginia, USA.²² He appeared in the census in 1840 in Oglethorpe Co, GA.⁶⁹ In 1840 he was a School Master or Teacher in Oglethorpe Co, GA. Richard died on 1 April 1848.
