21. James O'Kelley was born on 26 August 1792 in Mecklenburg Co, VA. He died on 23 September 1862 in Beaverdam Dis, OGLETHORPE CO.GA. Justice of the Peace and Church Deacon.

James O'Kelley and DICEY STAMPS were married on 20 March 1817 in Oglethorpe Co, GA.^35,36 DICEY STAMPS was born on 31 March 1798. She died on 14 November 1886.
