| Know all men by the presents that a Jonathan Fine and
Rachael Fine, his wife of the State of Arkansas and County of
Crawford for and in consideration of the sum of five hundred
dollars to us in hand paid by Peter Fine, Walter Fine, John
Fine, Isaac Hamilton Fine, Thomas J Fine, Millie Fine have this
day give bargain and sold and do by these presents transfer and
convey unto the above persons the following parcel or tract of
land situated in the County of Crawford and State of Arkansas to
wit the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter
of section eighteen (18) - also the southwest quarter of the
southeast quarter of section (19) nineteen, also the east half
of the northwest quarter nineteen (19) all in Township Ten (10)
Range thirty (30) west - also the southeast quarter of the
southeast quarter of section eighteen (18) of township ten (10
of range thirty (30) west containing in all Two
hundred and Sixty Acres more or less. |
